weight loss method with water treatment

This method you need to practice on daily basis if possible

Requirements:
1.5 pieces of lemons
2.5 Liter drinking water
3.5 cucumber pieces

Preparations and practice:

Time: Before 6-7 AM
  • Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water and drink in the morning after you get up from the bed.(drink comfortably in 15 min)
  • Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water and drink in the morning after  half an hour from the first Liter.(drink comfortably in 15 min)
  • Take breakfast at 8 AM
  • Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water and drink after -3 hours (drink comfortably in 15 min)
  • Take Lunch between 12-1 PM
  • Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water and drink after -3 hours (drink comfortably in 15 min)
  • Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water and drink after  half an hour from the fourth Liter.(drink comfortably in 15 min)
