Preparations and practice:
Time: Before 6-7 AM
- Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking
water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water
and drink in the morning after you get up from the bed.(drink comfortably

Liter.(drink comfortably in 15 min)
- Take breakfast at 8 AM
- Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking
water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water
and drink after -3 hours (drink comfortably in 15 min)
- Take Lunch between 12-1 PM
- Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking
water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water
and drink after -3 hours (drink comfortably in 15 min)
- Take 1 Liter lukewarm drinking
water in a bottle, take 1 piece of lemon and cucumber put it in the water
and drink after half an hour from the fourth Liter.(drink
comfortably in 15 min)
